Return

Certain items may be produced on a made-to-order basis and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

To support your claim, a clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the package being opened from its sealed condition, without cuts, and clearly display the issue. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in original, unused condition, complete with all tags and packaging. We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet these requirements.
